Hello and thank you for posting on InPixio forum.
Initially please restart the computer and when Windows loads back up close all software and connect the computer to the Internet. Then click using the right-hand-side mouse button on top of InPixio Photo software shortcut icon on Desktop and select option Run as Administrator (if such option is not present press Properties then select Compatibility tab and in section Settings or Privilege Level tick box Run this program as administrator, then save and close with OK). This helps the program to start normally.
