What does this mean and why am I getting it? I did just purchase the “Focus” and was given the “Editor” for free. So what’s up with this? I tried uninstalling and reinstalling it, but it’s not working.

All InPixio Photo software are allowed to install on one computer only.
If the product reports that it has been forbidden of use by activation, please remove it from all computers while connected to the Internet and leave it on one computer only. Then click using the right-hand-side mouse button on top of InPixio Photo shortcut icon on the desktop and select option Run as Administrator.
If you’d like to move InPixio Photo software to another computer, please remove it from control panel program list while computer is connected to the Internet, so you may use the same licence again on another computer.

This did NOT work. I was on the phone with a tech for well over an hour on Friday and after doing whatever she was doing on my computer, I was made to spend $79 I could not afford for someone from ”SupportNex” to supposedly ”fix” my computer. He was supposed to spend 3-4 hours working on it. I saw evidence that someone was on my computer for about 10 minutes and then nothing. He/she set up a scan and apparently left cuz when I ”chatted” and asked what was happening and if they were still there, there was no response. I’m out $79 without a result. Now what? My Photo Clip still won’t work and to my knowledge nothing useful was done on my computer, but they got $79 out of me. I am NOT happy!
